How to Order Products After Your Event
To order posters after an event, please contact us at support@3FPhotography.com with the following: event state, event name, team name, date, age, and individual number, if applicable.
We ship all weekly orders the next Monday from our Ashburn, Virginia offices and framed posters come in plexiglass frontage (NO GLASS) for safe shipping.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our custom products, we are unable to offer refunds, but we do provide Product credit and reprints if needed.
Our reprint process is a flat $10 including shipping or $20 including shipping if you require a new frame.
If you choose Product credit, we deliver it as a coupon code via email.
If your product was damaged during the shipping process, let us know with documentation and photos and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
Tracking Your Order
We ship all weekly orders the next Monday from our Ashburn, Virginia offices and framed posters come in plexiglass frontage (NO GLASS) for safe shipping. Once it ships, you’ll receive an email with a photo of the product that you ordered, along with the shipping address, and tracking information.
If your order has already shipped, your tracking information will allow you to stay up to date on its location and estimated arrival.
